Hello People
If you planning to book any trip from TT please DO NOT
I had booked a singapore trip from them and they have got me connected to Holiday Matrix Pvt Ltd based out of NCR region
Coz of coronavirus epidemic I had to cancel my trip. But these people are not returning full amount and asking for a cancellation charges of 11k . If people are suffering coz of trip cancellation which they are not doing willingly, why are they charging an exorbitant amount, MMT gave me full refund for air ticket cancellation without charging convenience fees, but this Travel Triangle is still fooling around innocent customers in the name of company policies. I am going to send them legal notice and see how it goes
