I ordered twice from tradus.com. First time I ordered two clocks. They were broken. We returned them right away. But til date no replacement and no cash back from them.
Second time I ordered 1 kg each ankle weights. Delay in delivery as always and they have put delivery charge and convenience charge in the bill. And when I received them, I paid in cash. When I opened package I found they were half kg each in weight and half the value I paid for. I contacted seller he admit mistake and says he will replace. Next day he said I can deliver til the nearest metro station and then you have to pick up product.I agreed to this also. But from the delivery date I have been uselessly following with him. And he has not bothered to delivered in about two weeks. Lodged a compliant at tradus website. I just received a message that they will get back to me. Still waiting. Absurdly They don't have customer care no. Your money is not at all safe with them
