This is regarding to my order for 'Sony Xperia L Mobile Phone(Black)' against suborder ID'11087936_01'. The phone is under warranty of 1 year, but this phone that you sold me doesn't belong to India it comes from outside of India that's why Sony is not giving servicing my phone.

THE PHONE BELONGS TO UAE this is what Sony Service Center people are telling me and not accepting my phone. I want replacement and want a phone which is made for India or else give me my money back. It was not written anywhere while buying the phone that phone is doesn't belong to India.

Please help me or I will have to take legal action against you.
