Tradus introduced a scheme whereby Xtrabucks are credited to customers when they purchase something from tradus. I have accumulated some xtrabucks hoping to redeem it on my future purchase. Now that facility is withdrawn from tradus and I am unable to redeem my points.
They lure you into shopping but then backtrack on Xtrabucks. Any requests for clarification goes unheard. I tried to contact the management through emails but I have got a reply like this
