I had some courier to be delivered to me through trackon. After about 10 days of shipment, they called me up and said that they do not deliver parcel in our town and that I should go to their office in the nearby city(which is a good 2 hours away) and get it myself.
I am wondering what kind of courier service this was. The tone of the guy who was speaking to me was as if he was doing me a favor! When declined to come, he said he will send back the courier.
I mailed their customer service and did not get a reply.
