It was very bad experience interviewing with HR of Topper Ms. Neha from Human Resource dept. of Topper . They wasted my 2 days of time. One day Hr took telephonically interview for 1 hr next day skype round was to be scheduled with AGM. Mr Jesal.
HR Ms Pooja told that the interview zoom call will be at 1:30 PM. I was waiting from them to join call and after 30 minutes HR ping on WhatsApp that interview will be held at 2:30 pm and when I login again at 2:30 PM. HR dept informed after 15 minutes on whatsapp that sorry interview is postponed and when I tried calling to ask the reason she didn't pick call and disconnected it.
Such a bad experience so I suggest to stay away from such unprofessional management who don't value time of candidates. Very bad experience it shows how employee friendly is the organization and how people matters to them.
