Dice up some strawberries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple and mango slices on a

drab looking plain bhel. dress it up with minutely cut tomato ,onion,

tamarind sauce. Mix them all up to a uniform togetherness..!!

Serve on white chinaware, topped with a cut cherry on top..!!

See it disappear..!!

  1. Keep your mixie jar on the countertop. Fill the jar with avacado, onion,

carrot pieces, lemon juice and corriander leaves. sprinke corriander

powder, chilli powder, shredded cheese and salt.

Grind to a paste. Cut a fresh breadloaf lenghthwise into thin slices and

Serve these avacado pinwheel sandwiches with a tangy sauce..!!

You are a winner..!!

  1. Grind a bunch of strawberries, milk, sugar, rose essence and elaichi with

crushed ice in a mixie and empty it in a tall glass. Use an icing gun to

make a whirlpool of fresh cream on top. Place a halfcut cherry on top of

the cream and serve with a pink paper umbrella. See a couple of them

Replace strawberries with blueberries to get that shocking purple look. ..!

Never seen a smoothier smoothie..!!

  1. A real quickie... Dry toast two bread slices in a toaster. On a white

chinaware, place a slice. Place 2 layers of lettuce on top. Alternate it with

thin layers of cut tomato, cucumber and red pepper.

Sprinkle green or black olives and some pepper on top. Add a touch of

tomato sauce. Complete the topping with 2 layers of lettuce. Apply some

butter to the bread slice and place it on top. Cut it into four equal halves..!

on a scoop of vanilla icecream served in a cut glass bowl. Squeeze

chocolate syrup in small light circles on top. Place two crisp vanilla

flavoured wafers, cut into triangular halves..!! Hey..!! Wait..!! That was

for me..!!

  1. Add a cup of grated kaddu and milk to a hot pan glazed with ghee and

ignore it for 5 minutes. Once done, add 2 tablespoons of khoya and 1/2

cup sugar. Brush it with powdered elaichi and a spoonful of grated

beetroot for that glamorous look, and stir for 2 minutes. Empty out on a

small glass bowl. Sprinkle with walnuts, switch off your cellphone and

enjoy..!!

  1. Soak a small cup of poha in a bowl with water. Light fry onion,

grated carrot, peas, green chillies, ginger, and freshly cut tender beans

one cashew on top, pamper it with a dash of ghee and your moghlai

uppma is ready to go..!!
