Purchased Titan eye plus frame one moth before and within one month it got break. I have registered complaint through call with Titan eye plus customer care. he told me to visit nearby titan eye plus store. the store person also agreed that it is manufacturing defect but same frame is not available with him for replacement. we have cut lenses with older frame size and we can not place it in new frame. so again I raised this issue to customer care. customer care person told me he will sort out issue and arrange new frame of same model number. but still he has not arranged the same.
request to arrange the frame with same model number so that we can place same lenses in it
