Hi guys I spent an amount around 6K on the lens and frame from you and the lens was not made as per prescription provided. I had great difficulty using the wrong lens. I had to again consult doctor and I checked the power of the lens made by you. It turned to be wrong with respect to the prescription. I went back to the showroom from where I got the lens and asked them to check the power of lens. They checked it and again it turned out that it was not as per the prescription I provided them. Also the cold response I received from your showroom at that time was a definite disappointment. I wont recommend you in future to anyone since the strain and pain I suffered was that much.Please be considerate to the customers because they are the one who keep you in business. To your reference, I got it from the HSR Layout showroom. Thank you
