Hi guys, I bought a Titan Raga watch around 3500Rs. 1 year ago to present my dad, and its still working good and really awesome. Designs are so nice and they have more collections for both men and women. Multiple varieties of dials are also present there, it attracts more customers to them.
Regarding the customer service its great. I never went with my dad watch. But I took my watch for a service, and they respond us quickly and repairs the watch in less time compared to other ordinary shops. They maintain their standard to the peak.
Staffs are also very nice and they treated me very well, they are polite and answered very well. They sent me the message once they completed their services, and its the best way to inform the customers about the service status and make them satisfied.
As a whole I like the Titan Raga watches and friends I recommend you all to go for Titan brand and make your money effectively.
