Web browser tips -


1) To open a new web browser window press Ctrl and N keys together or, click file and then New Window.


2) Always sign in to your respective email address in the web browser . This helps to save and sync bookmarks, password personal details.


3) If you don't want the browser to track your browsing history then you can go Incongito mode. You can also delete history and cookies by going into settings of the web browser.


4) Some important and basic keyboard commands -Ctrl/Command + T opens a new tabCtrl/Command + W closes your current tabCtrl/Command + Shift + T opens your last tabCtrl/Command + L highlights whatever’s in the omnibarCtrl/Command + Tab moves you a tab to the rightCtrl/Command + Shift + Tab moves you a tab to the left


5) Add guest browser -If you don't want someone to access your browsing history and saved passwords then you can enable guest mode. Go to Settings and under People select Add a Person. This will create a separate space for that friend of yours.


6) Use autofill to automatically add you home addresses, mobile numbers, name etc while filling your information. Just go to settings and then go to Show Advanced Settings and then look for Manage Autofill settings and then select passwords and forms.


7) Omnibar Multifunctionality -Omnibar is awesome. Just type in the equation in the omnibar e.g. type in 5555 / 5 and it will give the results. You can try any maths equation. Not just equations, type in weather at Delhi today and it will show the result.
