Xperia Miro radiation level

I bought a Xperia Miro phone and cant use for more than 5 mins as the phone gets heated up and my ear starts to pain.


I checked with the authorized service dealer and I got a reply saying that a software update will fix the radiation level. Not sure how a software can fix radiation.


Anyone faced similair problem and got a solution to it
