See I am posting this from my personal experience there is no intention to hurt someone's feeling.First of all I want to talk about matrimony websites Yes, there are many genuine websites for genuine people available in India so you can easily find your match on these sites.Now let's come to the Dating sites, BELIEVE ME if you are from India and searching for a date on Websites and application all you get is Fake Fake accounts.
Yes this is strategy of Many apps that first they Show you some accounts of beautiful girls and once you join them they attract you more and expect you to go Premium so that they earn more money and when you do This all you Get is nothing.
So I would say that In India you can find real people for dating but not on dating sites.
