'It’s a Bachelor's party' Its all about, how to arrange Bachelor's parties.
I attended many Marriage, Birthday, Ring ceremony, general happening parties and Pubs. There were different attractions in every party. Most of the Birthday parties lookalike dinner invitation and transfer of gifts. Only one can share good talk to another whom meet after a long time and some delicious food. Ofcourse, marriage parties are better than other kind of functions. Dance, Masti, delicious food, Drink(Not in every) and many girls(full of make up and colours) in a single spot. Other happening parties like promotion, good news parties also finished with some drinks or good foods. But the most happening party I attended till the date is Bachelors parties. It's full of excitement, fun, foods, friends, drinks, joy and enjoy. Best thing with bachelor's parties is that it ends when everyone wishes to finish. There is no time constraint for bachelor's parties. Satisfaction is guaranteed for everyone. No boundations, no limitations. So arranging bachelors is more difficult. Ofcourse not. Because in these parties, everyone like everything and everyone suggest tremendous views to make party more happening at the moment. Some of Areas that make beautiful Bachelor parties are-
No. of Persons
In a good Bachelor party, invite seven or more than seven friends but less than 15. In less than seven, things concentrated on few and creative ideas not come out properly. More than 15 create Chaos and there is chance of grouping. I am talking about males only. If girls interested to come in your party than invite. But be sure that they will stay till the half of your party. Either you will not enjoy perfectly. Make sure that they will leave decently after assuming that party will finish soon. But if girls are in the party till the half time, than fun doubled for Bachelors. Try to avoid more than 35 yr. old Person. Its not constraint but be sure about their mood. Also no. of friends is not a tight constraint. A best thing to take care during invitation is your understanding with others.
Party Time
Night hours are good for party. It can start nearly 8.00 O'clock in the night and no timing for shut down. These parties are enjoyable in weekends or once in a month.
Place
*Check that there are no families living adjacent to party venue. Either arrange a sound proof place. If you need an open-air party than look for form house or any good Dhaba on the Highway. Be sure about disturbing elements. Space must be sufficient to walk and dance. Eating and drinking area must be separate. A good and strong music system required with selected CDs and songs. Sufficient place required for dance.
Drinks and Food
Cold drinks and Soda bottles required in enough quantity because it will used in many places. Generally, no one drink water during party. Also it uses in making drinks. Some of non-drinkers can continue cheers by cold drinks to be in the party. Arrange soft drinks for non-drinkers. Fruit Beer is a good option. You must have a rough idea about who drink what. So arrange the Whisky, Rum, Vodka, Beer stuffs whatever, according to the demand. Forecasting required by 2-3 persons. Make sure that some bottles must be in reserve quota. Cigarettes are the compulsory stuff with drink. So take brands according to the your experience with your friends. Take some packets of Marlboro(Lights) if girls are in your party. Cigars will add Royal influence in the party. If anyone specialist in making drinks and cocktails in your party than don’t miss him to take his free services. Variety of Nankeens(Peanuts, Aloo Bhujiya, Navratna, Mix etc.), fruits, Stuff and plain Paneer required on the table. Arrange 2-3 variety of ice creams. It will be helpful to make drinks. If you serve any kind of good food than no problem. Foods are not major concern in the Bachelor's party.
*Safety
Two or three responsible persons required, handling party perfectly till the end. Arrange enough place so if anyone want to stay, he can. Either makes pre-arrangement of driver and a car. Don't leave anyone in heavy drunken conditions. Allow most confident and slow driving persons to drive. It's just for care after the party. These are few things to manage in Bachelors party. Because after the party very few things look like managed. Arrange Camera to take snaps of great moments of the party. Listen everyone, some close stories and great moments disclosed by everyone.
