Hi friends this is khaled from Hyderabad.


Today i am going to talk about tips how to improve our fitness level and become healthy.


In present world most of the people dont have time for themselves too.so they are not even bothered to check whats their fitness level at present and how they can improve it to become healthy.


Most the people have buzy life style and never gets time for exercise in present generation people.They are becoming obese and fat level keeps on increasing every day which in leads to heart attacks, diabetes and etc.


All this diseases can be avaioded by simply exercising 30 minutes per day and avoiding junk foods and by following some strict healthy rules to improve our fitness and also health.


Thus i can say is if you want to live disease free life start exercising every day and maintain a proper fitness routine.
