Hello everyone, Today I am going to write some tips about a healthy heart so don't forget to read it.

Well, the very basic thing is, a healthy lifestyle can make our heart healthier so here I have some tips for you to keep your heart healthier.

So the very first tip can be, give up smoking because if you are a smoker then quitting it, is the single and most important gift that you can give to your heart.

The very second tip which I can give, please try to manage your body weight and also try to maintain your body fat percentage and the cholesterol content of your body because being overweight can increase your risk of heart disease.

And try to Stick to a healthy, balanced diet low in fat and sugar, with plenty of fruit and vegetables, combined with regular physical activity.

Avoid eating too many foods that are high in saturated fat which can raise the level of cholesterol in your blood which increases your risk of heart disease.

The third tip will be, try to eat more fibre because eating plenty of fibre will help you to lower the risk of heart disease and you can take your fibre from food such as brown rice, brown bread and oats etc.

And the fourth tip can be please try to cut down the saturated fat you are taking and avoid taking so much of salt and try adding less to your cooking to maintain healthy blood pressure.

The next tip can be, try to eat fish like pilchards, sardines and salmon at least twice a week which are the good source of omega -3 and which may help to protect heart disease.

Try to drink less alcohol because alcohol contain calories, so try to keep to the recommended daily alcohol limits to reduce the risk of serious problems with your health, including risks to your heart health.

And also try to read the food label when shopping because it is a good idea to look at the label on food and drink packaging to see how many calories and how much fat, salt and sugar the product contains and keeping an idea about what is in food and how it fits in with the rest of your diet will help you make healthier choices.

And the last tip can be, try to do some exercises and it may be cardio only because when it comes to boosting your heart health you just can't do anything much better than cardio which basically makes the heart and lungs work harder and adapt in a positive way.

However, you can also go for some circuit training, lane swimming, weight training, running, yoga and cycling etc.
