I got a doctor prescribed cream from the medicine shop which is called FACECLIN which contains a topical antibiotic called clindamycin.I washed my face with a facewash and applied it all over my skin before sleeping.The following morning I could see the change in my face that all the pimples dried out and set back in my face and there were only a few marks left.After that I dabbed ice cubes on those marks on the second day on the pimples by which the redness was a little bit gone .I repeated the procedure on the second day as well.and literally the change shocked me as my face was spotted wid pinples earlier n now its comparatively gone at least 70% I would say.
