Android tablets were so much popular back in 2013 but as smartphone displays started to match tablets size, they've lost the market. But due to covid and work from home and study from home, now tablets are getting in the race back. But it's very sad that Android tablets lack the specifications that must be provided with them. Companies do not even try to polish their UI for big displays, they just use the smartphone UI on tabs as well. This just ruins the experience to use a big screen. Samsung is the leader in Android world and it's obvious that their UI feels better than other Android competitors but still iOS for ipad is just way to better optimized. Also the price to performance ratio in Android tablet is just awfull. Cameras are understood to be basic but atleast they should make the camera app usable for tablets and not just feel like just a smartphone with bigger display. OnePlus has recently launched their tablet which has a great price to performance ratio with dimensity 9000 at 37k in India but the UI just doesn't feel to be polished. Also all the brands must work on pure Android rather than their skin for better compatibility with other devices too. We must be able to use phone of any brand with tablet of any other brand as it's not always possible to have devices of same brand
