I applied for tikona connection,


They asked to make advance payment.


But installation was not done at my location due to their connectivity issue.


Then I applied for refund.


Now its been 2 months and still refund not received, called customer care many times, but every time they told wait for 3 to 5 days


and then nothing happens.


Dont get tikona vary worst service
