Hello, I am xyz, a customer of your Tikona broadband services. I bought Tikona services in july 2021, And I bought a plan of 40mbps, which I paid whatever technician told me about the plan. The cost of installation, router and plan was more than 3500 rs which I paid at that time. After 2 months I got the message to renew my plan. Which was strange because I bought a 3 month plan. I decided to disconnect the services and for that I called on customer care. I was already late for submission of the bill so they asked me to pay the bill so that they can refund me after cutting out the usage of services. So I paid and called again and this time they told me that they do not have refund services. They asked me to keep the connection as I have already paid the amount. After using it for a few days my internet stopped working and the device I got with the router was blinking a red light. I called customer care, and finally they picked after ignoring me for a few days. They told me that a technician will visit. I waited for a few days but nothing happened. I called again and again and they said that the technician will visit. Finally I got the call from the technician and he told me that my fiber is missing from the place. I asked them to fix it.They said that I had to pay 500 rs because I did not give enough money for installment. They refused to fix it and asked me to disconnect. I kept calling customer care but nothing happened. I got busy with my exams. After a few days when I called again they said that I do not have any pending request.I decided to disconnect from the services finally so I called customer care and now not even an agent is available to talk. All I am getting is options of how to request for any service or disruption. The only proof I have for my statement is the null usage of my service. As I did not have the connection I did not use any internet. Also You can check the history of the calls I made to customer care from my registered number. The proof of my payment is that if I have made the incomplete payment how the service started and continued for three months, that means your technician and agents are very careless. Either they did not pay enough attention or they did it so they can put aside other agents by showing me their cheaper rates at first.
I hope you understand the issue and disconnect my services as fast as you can. Else I will not care enough to call again for disconnection and obviously I am not gonna pay for this much worse service at any cost. And I hope in future you improve.
