Unfortunately there limited option in virar west so took this isp service but connection keep dropping dosent matter what plan u take 10 mbps or 50 mbps , when u complain about the service they will send some local guys "they call them engineer " recent incident in my vasai house regarding speed the person who came was empty handed no tool kit he checked my canle n router n restart it didnt help so he reset my router. While doing that he broke my LAN cable crimping i saw that now he saying ill hav to ask my TL for that, thay r so dumb dont know know how to do crimping i spend 500 rs to get fixed from outside.they dont take responsibility for there job n service.pathetic, i hav many example but its already gone lengthy.simple word i dont like Tikona n will not recommend to any one i shifted to DNS.
