I feel this review is:
Some of the rumours going in my colony made me try new tikona internet service provider. The experience was not good. The customer care service is poor. It is one of the worst that I have seen so far. They do not pick your call and when they do. They make excuses. It is not that cheap. The speed I got in the broadband was pretty normal as compared to other broadbands. Iam was very disturbed with their down ups of their network and speed. Sometime it went normal and some time speed is totally down. Now I have changed the provider. Looking for another one. I do not recommend this
