Worst customer service. They don't care about their customer at all. There is no staff that can talk to customer. In case of any queries just talk to bots. I have been struggling since 1 month, they just give me a ticket number and then nothing happens, no body calls, there is no body you can call and talk to.. so I would give 0/10 for customer service.
