We travelled by Tiger Air from Singapore to Hyderabad, the worst airline even though the ticket is expensive the services are pathetic. I was unwell had a bad cough and requested for a blanket the airhostess said there was no blanket she could provide me with and also they did not have a doctor on board nor any medicines I asked for truly shocking.
This was the first and last trip we decided to make on Tiger air we are frequent fliers and this was the worst experience abroad that we had. The air hostesses did not bother to cater to me though I was sick they were busy chit chatting on another seat though the flight was empty and they did not have much work, very rude staff no empathy towards the customer, I wonder what kind of training they are imparted with and whether empathy towards the customer is taught to them in customer service.
Another bad airline moving towards Malaysian Airlines!
