They don’t deliver what they write. They are cheats.
I booked a Private tour Package with them. I paid for a premium accommodation and I was given a 1 Accommodation. And no details were provided of the accommodation purposely. We were straight taken to the accommodation when we reached the destination so as we won’t be able to make changes. The hotels mentioned by them are not provided. Don’t book with them unless you want to be cheated. I’ve got all the proofs of the emails and Chats with their Agents. Extremely Rude and Unhelpful Customers Service. They don’t respond or Help and will keep providing you other people’s numbers to contact. Customer Service is ZERO. If they learnt how to treat a customer they could do better! I demanded refund for what I have been cheated, there’s been so response ofcourse. Will accordingly take action!
