Having some work in vaishali district my colleague booked thai hotel for my residence . When I went there for check in I was said that there is no room booked for me from my name , after calling my colleague they gave the room and said it was a misunderstanding about the person and said they my colleague has booked the room for himself. I didn't cared about this incidence, and checked in.
As I entered the room it was just like a common room made in lodges and hostels, no decorations nothing , the wall was dirty and the bed too the washroom was dirty as hell, I called the staff and asked him to get it cleaned immediately but he said it will take time because the cleaning staff was not there.
The guest service was worst , after orderings cup of tea they took an hour to present it to me they took few hours to get the room cleaned.
The food they brought was not worthy eating and it was not hot.
Very oily and seemed to be not clocked well.
The ambience was stinky and the bad odour of the washroom was filled in the room it made me feel suffocated.
This place is no value for money and I would suggest to not visit this place for any purpose.
