I DID NOT cancel the order but I got a mail saying the order is cancelled.


What is wrong with the site?


Firstly the delivery is delayed, no one answers the call and then randomly cancels the order.


I had to gift my order and know the persons birthday is long gone.


Please tell me why is my order cancelled and why is the functionality so messed up?
