I ordered ergonomic office chair from The Sleep Company directly from their Dehradun store worth Rs 9799 on 26 April 2025.
On 2nd May I requested for cancellation due to their delayed delivery and the delivery guy tantrums fearing further poor customer experience.
I asked customer service for cancellation they told me not to accept the product and tell the same to delivery person. I did the same but unfortunately their online portal was showing product as Delivered and even got a call from their assembly person.
I kept on tracking my refund till today 18 May, everytime I connect the customer service they say the same thing that we are waiting for update from logistics partner.
I don't understand how slow and pathetic is their backend team who can't track the order has reached customer or not, they are not able to find its current state.
It has been more than 16 days still I am waiting for my money back. I regret not buying it from Amazon or Flipkart their refund or delivery time is much smoother and fast.
Dear Sleep Company instead of paying money to Anil Kapoor invest it in customer service and improving quality of product.
Guys never never buy online from official website buy them from Flipkart, Amazon or any good e-commerce company.
