I had a very experience with professionals in Bangalore.I had send urgent documents to Delhi from Bangalore and approached this couriers in Marthalli branch.
They charged me around Rs 350 for express delivery charge, which I was ready to pay because it was my need of the hour.Got the bill and kept on checking online but it showed only in transit .When I called to the office they rudely said do check online , we don't have any information.Same details being repeated all the time I called.Then I went in and asked they say they have despatched from here , have some numbers after argument to enquire.
I also called customer service who also repeated same mantras.I wondered who then knows about the actual status of the consignment.I have paid for their services, and being important document was fustrated .Finally it reached the destination after 10 days , without proper tracking updation.I thought I lost my document, thank God I recieved .
That is the last time I used their services .NEVER did sent with them.Contrastingly dtdc services are superb.I would recommend to anybody because they have done it in time and many a time before the delivery date.
