I have sent parcel from PUNE, near Ruby hall sanatorium office.CNo: PNU2059460.its greater than 10 days transport has not been made to receiver.the parcel sent toc/o ashok Chopra.near B block marketB293 sec 26NOida201301.I visited problem PUNE office for enquiry for five-6 time. and found worst treatment form executives.instead of tracking the parcel they directly said that your parcel is lacking. we assume kind reaction to the consumer.how can it go missing if all the transactions are made through expert's worker. if professional itself dont trust their worker. how we customers need to accept as true with professinal.Regards Pradip
