If you are planning to send some valuable or important documents via courier, and thinking of doing by The Professional courier, pls rethink. I had a miserable experiance myself and many people, I can show tens of them in my friends group who has suffered due to their'excellent service'!
Professional courier is cheap compared to other couriers and is available in every nook and corner. Please don fal in the trap of them, promising the delivery, nothing happens like that if they find your consignment will have some valuables. I lost my valuables and its more than 10 months now, no response. I had contacted all the midstations, booking station, destination, and the courier is missing. I know many people who lost mobiles in professional courier. Even a professional courier staff admitted that in the transit stations, professional staff steal if its a parcel or valuable and mark it untracable.
No one cares to reply in Professional. I called their Managers in HQ of mumbai and found one of the senior manager, bullshitting the PA for handing over the phone to him and he just disconnects the calls if its a missing issue. Each center passes the ball to others and at the end after 4-5 moths, they will admit of missing and will say to file for compensation in booking station(compensation is Rs. 100 for any consignment!) and they even won give that. Professional courier is the worst courier network in India, pls don trust them. Don sent any valuable through professional. Just google Professional courier complaint and you will find thousands of them.
Now adays I prefer bluedart(charges are very high) and our Old Indian postal service. Post offices have become modern, higly efficient and customer friendly. I had sent many valuables with India post/Speed Post/Registered Parcel. all got delivered on time. Fully satisfied:-) Bluedart is a very costly one, min charges are 230.but lightning fast delivery and online booking.worth!
Don ever get tempted to book with professional couriers, even you find in every box shop of street. its just fake, no deliveries, no online tracking. absolutely nothing. I had a bitter experiance.lost around 6k.don take risk in your case.
