I had placed for a delivery of important documents of mine within bangalore on 21 may 2021. They did a goof up and delivered to a wrong location first. And i was promised by the branch manager for a rectification and delivery the very next day to the right location. It is june 8 today and the delivery is still not done. Customer care is dead and nobody picks up calls. Emails to customer care are unanswered even after its been more than 15 days Most pathetic courier service and highly unreliable. They need to change their label from 'professional' because you are far from it. My advise to whoever reads this never to use Professional Couriers.
