Pacific_Holidays Cares
Pacific_Holidays is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Pacific Holiday World. This company originally operated under the name Fortune Park Vacation and has since undergone multiple name changes before settling on its current identity. This constant rebranding appears to be a deliberate tactic to avoid accountability and mislead customers.
As a member since the early days, I was promised numerous benefits and services—most of which have gradually been denied with each transition. The current management refuses to honor commitments made by their previous entities, leaving long-time members like myself feeling cheated and helpless.
My first booking experience was relatively smooth and gave the impression of a trustworthy service. But this was clearly a calculated move to secure positive reviews and testimonials. Since then, every interaction has been a nightmare. Despite purchasing a premium package that supposedly guarantees availability throughout the year, especially during peak times, I have never been able to secure a booking when needed. Every request is met with the same response: “Sold out for those dates”—followed by pressure to change dates or downgrade my expectations.
The company falsely claims to have collaborations with top-tier hospitality brands. But when you try to book with them, they conveniently say those properties are unavailable and instead offer cheap 4-star hotels that you could book yourself at a lower price online—including breakfast. In contrast, their packages often exclude meals and demand extra charges even for basic amenities like breakfast.
When you finally push hard enough, they might offer a low-rated property—nothing close to what was promised. The entire process is so frustrating that, in five years, I’ve only managed to complete five bookings, each one worse than the last. It’s clear now that the first good booking is just bait to make you believe in their service. Everything that follows is a disaster.
Customer care is utterly unhelpful. Your calls are tossed around between departments with no resolution in sight. It feels like an intentional strategy to wear customers down. Even direct communication with their MD & CEO, Rehan Akhtar, through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, has led nowhere—zero accountability at the top.
A group of us—equally dissatisfied members—have now come together and are in the process of filing FIRs against the company for their fraudulent practices. If you’ve faced similar experiences and want to take action, you are welcome to join us.

Avoid this company at all costs. It’s all false promises, shady operations, and pathetic customer service. Don’t fall for the trap.
