I generally do not prefer the mobile store for ordering phones, but because it has some offer hence I ordered Nokia 225 black dual SIM phone.
It showed me expected delivery in Mumbai within 4 days & hence I booked it by making online payment & availing the discount offer.
But they didn't deliver it within 4 days,
I kept on tracking the order online but it was not out for delivery & finally I had to contact them to check if they delivering it or not as I had already made payment.
They gave some silly excuses of non availability of black color mobile! Seriously!
Finally I got after 8 days of ordering. Not happy with their service, also most of the models are way costly then other websites.
