Worst experience, conducting an event here is a nightmare with extremely poor service, no inter-department coordination and complete insensitivity towards customers time & needs. After all this they will bill you a bomb, which is at least 50% higher than other five stars. There are hidden charges in every service that one gets to know only at the time of billing. The entire focus is on putting up a glamorous front to maximise the bills with no intentions of serving the customers.
A big no!!!
