Are these the same folks who run the bus service called TexCity? Uh, Horrible. Recently, I took a night bus from Coimbatore to Chennai

The entire experience was bad. The staff, especially the 2 drivers onboard, were very rude and unprofessional. They refused to stop for urine breaks, were uncommunicative, and used uncouth language. After leaving Coimbatore, when he had to pick up a couple of passengers from the next town after Annur,
(before Sathy), it was raining hard and he did not stop at the announced point.
Instead he drove almost a km away before stopping. When one of the harried passengers who had to board from that place complained, the driver turned abusive. There was a loud commotion and noise, with angry words being exchanged, which woke up all the rest of us. The seats were also uncomfortable, and the ride was bad. The last straw was when the next morning(1 June 2015), the bus was still about 105 km from Chennai, and the front driver-side tyre burst on the busy highway. We were stranded in a dangerous situation, and the staff did not even have proper tools to change the tyre. No relief bus or help was arranged and it took more than 2 hours before the bus could start with the spare tyre.
All the passengers were very frustrated at the poor service. Some of us had to stand on the highway and warn oncoming vehicles to slow down and change lanes, we put ourselves in grave danger. The bus crew/staff did not even have a "Danger" placard, signal, Danger Cone, or flare.
I am sharing this with you so that other travellers / users could be warned.
