Yes in real sense this place is far far far better of all the places particularly in the hills we've visited till now & yes not to include Kashmir in this list, coz kashmir is Heaven on the earth:-)
So it all started with a mail in my yahoo from one Mr Sanjeev dogra, offering me the pleasure & leisure at an affordable rate, that we would remember humesha.Achcha laga it sounded convincing I mean the way he had put his words mujhe laga chalo give this place a chance:-)
I still remember I was at Cochin at that time and Sym screamed at me saying CHANDIGARH Airportno way;) I asked her to drive all the way to Chandigarh with kids to Pick me and chalo lets raid the hills.
All said and done finally next day at 8 pm she was there and after having a quick bite at the Mcdze we headed for shimla it rained all that night and I was singing and dancing in the rear cabin of my car

Shoghi was our night halt at Sunrise home stay another cool place at an affordable price 1800/night on C.P
At around 8am I took over the driving within no time we crossed shimla,

65 kms hill driving means 2/3 hours at the most at around lunch time we were thr:-)
Where is the hotel kids asked, while we walked towards it on the walking strip & there it was beautiful were the first words the structure suddenly came in front of us the elevated flight of stairs reaching the huge gate of the reception wid lawn on one side & valley on the other.It was a perfect lens scene

The first hit was when we were told that we have been upgraded to the royal suite at no extra cost, when I treid to reason I wa told Mr khan you deserve it :-) [thankx Mr Dogra]
The room was huge with two king sized bed a Recliner Lcd wooden floor a small playing area for the kids;P
& window with a view.I am still mesmerized
all I have to do is just dream) remember dis song.the feel is same)
with peak at three sides and valley in front it was Green, windy and cold .very cold
The Resort has 25 rooms, which include Standard rooms, Deluxe rooms and Luxury Suites. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant. The amenities provided by the hotel are Doctor on call, Travel desk, Conference hall, Laundry service, , Room service, Children’s park, Bonfire, Horse riding and Car parking
The resort is well located with a wonderful view.
The food is amazing for the vegetarians{As I am a fussy eater and I can’t adjust to every food I didn’t like the food]
But all in all its a nice hotel but lacks professional touch.
But one can enjoy the stay due to its locational advantage.Belive me this place is worth a visit:-)
