Hello Friends,
I was in search of a good ADSL2+ modem for my broadband connection at my home.Due to cheap price I purchased Teracom TDSL300W2 ADSL2+ Modem with merely Rs.1700 from dealer shop which gave me 1 year of warranty.After use of 3 months only I faced difficulty with modem as my link was not constant and modem got reset itself many times as it was in warranty period I got repaired my modem.After that it was working good for 4 months but again the issue remains same so I requested to the dealer about replacing the modem with new one but the dealer refused to do so.The problem still persists the same but this time I did not get any ping to my modem as message appeared was "Transmit failed.General Failure" so I made reset to factory settings and configured modem with user id and password given by the ISP.This happened to me for almost 3 to 4 times on next 7 days.Finally I made decision to change the modem and purchased D-Link modem.I request you not to purchase this modem as this type of incident might happen with you.
