Hi friends, I would like to tell you about Telenor Mobile Operator which I have been using since two months.when I bought Telenor sim, they gave reasonable offers to me, but now they are not providing me with any new offers.I called many times for solving this issue but no response from the customer care.The pivotal problem I have been facing since two months is network coverage.whenever I try to make a call it shows no network coverage and even when I am on the roads also it shows no network coverage
Now I am thinking “why I bought this sim?” and it is a big headache while using this mobile operator.Errant customer services and charges, billings are also very high in terms of offers.No proper internet services and rude response from the customer care and there is no politeness while giving answers and explanation is not legible.
I suggest you people do not prefer this kind of mobile operator and do not get irritate like me.
