My brother has been using tecno pop 8 for a few months now. The phone struggles when running more demanding apps or games. The phone cannot handle essential tasks like messaging, social media, and video streaming.In terms of optics, the POP 8 falls behind. The picture quality is not good in daylight as well, and in low light or indoors, the shots make noticeable noise. Portrait mode captures below average shots with decent bokeh, but there’s room for improvement in edge detection. In addition, there’s a lack of third-party app compatibility for Dynamic Port. The phone does not justify the price.
