Those who are looking to work in kpo it is the best platform to start the career in this company. But as if the person want the growth there will be little to get because of the politics in managment. Salary coming in the account is not proper. Just for yhe start and to get the knowledge it is good, but for the future growth it is not thst much good.
Working enivronment is good. Supporting staff is there. Bouns is there. So I wipp suggest to the candidates who just want to strt the career in kpo they can try it other wise its better to get another organization .
