We bought a new TCL 55" Android TV a few months back and within a year the TV is not working and we raised a claim to customer service on 31st Dec 2022(Complaint number: IN122022069556).
We have called the service center many times, but very poor service from your service center, Initially we are said that new TV has been shipped and we will get the TV installed before 10th of Jan, Later this timeline went to 15th Jan and we are informed that refurbished TV has been shipped.
We are not ready to accept the refurbished TV and same has been confirmed to your customer care to send the new TV and they have denied and no proper response from them. We have asked for an escalation team or to connect to the senior lead where our calls are unanswered. Twice a call back from the escalation team has been booked by the customer care agent but we have not received any call.
Today on 18th Jan when we called your customer care they are saying it will take another 3 days and TV is in shipment.
Not sure why customer care gives wrong information and wrong commitment to the customer if they are not aware.
