Beware, these guys are cheats! They will push you for the payment and then forget you.

If at all you are hell bent to use their product then for God's sake don't use their "assistance" products. Use something which doesn't need any interaction with them!

I chose their Rs. 1499 product and even after 1 week I am waiting for any assistance!
