First I struggled for 10 days before they could come to fix anther set up box for me. They will just make appointment and issue order number and not so show up
Finally they fixed, but open my window as they did not have drill machine. Now again the game started. must have made `12-15 appointments and failed . finally came with 3 " drill which was too small. then the game started again for another 10-12 appointment and came on last saturday to tell me that they can make a hole in the wall but can not insert cable . so stupid fellow and went back.
NO WONDER MOST OF THE TATA COMPANIES DEALING WITH DIRECT CONSUMERS HAVE CLOSED OR DOING BADLY . Remember Nelco, TOmco, Nano no one buys . In few decades may be tata name will vanish. writing to their MR MD on'harit.nagpal@tatasky.com'
