I have purchased tata sky with the base plan of Rs 240 .Now after 13 months they have gradually increased same plan at Rs 325.
Due to buliding construction near by flat the network got lost when I call to customer care and asked for charges of repair they told me that that they will charge Rs 400 for shifting plus additonal cost of parts.Its actually so high as compared to other opertor in the market they charge Rs 150 for shifting.
