I am having very bad experience with Tata sky. They claim they can provide service anywhere in india.
But in outskirt of bangalore(kaggalipura) I struggled a lot to get tatasky person for installation who did't had proper instruments to do the installation. He did the temporary installation and promised to come with driller and required instruments.
Antena can come out any time and big accident could happen. After multiple complaints no response from tatasky. They are waiting for accident to happen.
