Tata Sky has probably no service gurenty. For installation itself they send you a message professionally taking an appointment of 30 minutes which may look very good but no one will turn up or even call you or inform you about new time. They scheduled at least 3-4 appointment in last 4-5 days but the installation is not yet done or there is only a sorry they no when you call their customer care.
So think before deciding on your DTH.
