I am an old customer of Tata sky, since 2012
The picture quality is Tata sky is worst ever, in bad climatic conditions, like in rain and snow the picture quality is worst, the high definition ( HD) channels on Tata sky are as same as the standard definition channels. They just charge extra money for HD channels and the quality is as same as the SD channels.
Now comes the service and support, one day I have to enquire about some stuff and I contacted their customer care, they gave me the details that were worth nothing, they behaved harshly and without knowing who am i.
Tata sky is waste of money, its better to choose any other dth service than this one. No value for money.
