I was using tataSky annual plan. While applying for plan I had condition that I will get static IPv6. While my annual plan had finished 8-9 month, they changed and made dynamic IPv4. I asked at-least give me IPv6, but said now it need to purchased separately. How they can change plan while my membership is active.
In TataSky network, everyone see Site-A works good but Site-B/Z will have lot of buffering. Once you make complain, then will make Site-B good but now Site-A will have issue.
Finally they decided that can not resolve my concern so terminated my connection. I am waiting for 40days for refund. Every time I call, answer from support is as "Sorry sir, I will follow up personally, give me 5 or 2 days, someone from TataSky will call you"
