I am living in jaipur and I have purchased an wifi datacard for my personal home use. so I went on an retailer shop and told them to gave me an wifi enabel data card. retailer shows me many datacards. but he told me that tata photon max wifi datacard is best for me. he told's me that its speed of browsing and downloading is upto 14 mbps and it has a strong network coverage in my location. this datacard also supports external micro sd cards. and this datacard runs on every type of operating system. so I have purchased this for my home use in rs 1399. and at one time, this datacard's wifi can connect with 5 devices. and with this I have got 1 month free data also. so after that I have started using this datacard in my home and connect it and start browsing data. I have noticed that its download and browsing maximum speed is upto 512 kbps and in every 25 to 30 minutes, it gots automatically disconnected. so I have contacted retailer about this problem. and he contacted from tata photon care regarding this issue and after that they says that its an network error and they solve it in maximum 72 hrs. and after 72 hrs, when I checked again, I seen that same problem again, so I have contacted retailr again about this issue. and he talks tata photon care but they don't give any satisfied answer. and in next 6 months same problem continues. and after that I have choosen airtel. so I don't like this datacard.
